First Time Buyer Mortgages


If you are looking for your first mortgage it's likely that your often be baffled and confused by the sheer volume of terms and phrases, thrown at you buy Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage companies.

In reality its not too complicated, but its important that before committing yourself to a mortgage or property, you have an understanding of different aspects of mortgages and property ownership. In this section we will give an overview of different types of mortgages.

There are currently two main types of mortgages on the market, these are;
