He’s 18 and I’m 19. We’ve been dating for about 1 year + 3 months. I love him and I love his company, he’s a real sweet, funny guy and we could laugh for hours on end. On the other hand, he can be verrry short-tempered and careless about our relationship.
I tend to be a lot more sensitive than he is, so when he’s negative or careless with me, it cuts me deep.
I am just going to make a list.
He basically lives at my house.
I feel like the man in the relationship.
I pay for dinner. Actually, I pay for pretty much everything.
I work my *** off everyday just so I can have money…
but then I’m broke because half the time I’m paying for myself, AND my boyfriend.
He tells me he’ll pay me back for things that I bought him, and never pays me back.
He smokes half my cigarettes.. which I don’t REALLY need, but still.
I give him rides a lot.
He doesn’t have a car and has no intention of saving any money.
I KNOW HE’S ONLY 18. But why should anyone treat their girlfriend like this?
A year into our relationship, he was messaging & flirting with random high school chicks on Facebook.
He said he’d never do it again, but who knows if he’s being real with me.
I work on the weekends. He tells me he’ll be here when I get home,
but he’s actually out partying with his “dudes”.
Says he’ll be home in like an hour…
and doesn’t come home until 3 AM.
I don’t know how to change things. I don’t want to break up with him because deep down, it will shatter my heart. I have so many memories and amazing times with him, that I could never let it all go. I don’t know how to let go of the past and I don’t know how to stand up for myself in times like these.
I am so vulnerable when in love, I’m afraid if I speak up I will ruin everything.
I just want to feel like I actually matter in his life. Sometimes I think I deserve better, but at the same time I think he’s perfect for me. It’s so hard to describe!
And I know this probably isn’t THE best place to come for advice, but I’m lonely and I have no one to pour my heart out to.
Thanks for your answers.

There is a charity store in my town that my mom went into today and she was very upset after what the sales assistant said. My mom was just asking about a purse that was on the window and apparently in this shop the stuff on the window is sold off only at the end of the month on a first come first served basis. My mom has never been into the store before and simply didn’t know this and was just politely asking. But when she asked about the purse the woman there was rude and quite offensive! She said to my mom that she knows someone of her (speaking about my mom) low income must want to buy nice bags at a low prices but the store is for collecting money for the chosen charity and not for giving charity to low income customers by selling her the bag! Not that it even matters but my family is most certainly NOT low income, were higher middle class but what hurts me even more is my mom was just wearing her sweat pants and top that day because she has been to the hospital for a scan and blood tests and was probably tired and pale looking. The fact that a volunteer would say such a thing to a customer based on their appearance disgusts me! My mom was so shocked she didn’t say anything at the time but she was in tears by the time she got home.
I’m very very angry over this and I want to go in there and complain about that so called sales assistant who put my mother in tears. The only thing is the sales assistant is a volunteer so does that make a difference? Can they fire a volunteer? Is there even a manager of a charity store? I presume there is but just to be sure. I know for a fact that they could easily find a new volunteer because a friend of mine who is 22 was looking for sales assistance experience and offered to volunteer there but they said thank you but they had too many offers of volunteers so far so I know they don’t need to keep that nasty piece of work when lots of people have offered to work there. My boyfriend said because it’s a charity store I should just let it go but I disagree! I don’t think it makes any difference what type of store it is, nobody should be spoken to that way and come home from town in tears!
What should I do?

I’ve had my braces for 7 months and so far only a couple brackets have come off. But I just got a new wire in yesterday and the stupid women didn’t cut the wire all the way in the back and after I came home, I felt my cheek all raw and scratched up. I couldn’t go back though. So today I couldn’t handle it anymore, so my mom bought me some wire cutters and I tried to cut the wire in the back. But then the bracket in the back came off. Then I had more wire poking me and tried to push it back instead of cutting it, but then the OTHER bracket came off. So now I have two missing brackets in the back of my right upper teeth. What should I do? I want to go in tomorrow but my orthodontist is only in on Thrusdays(5 days from now though I don’t see why she has to be there when she has the assistant do it anyways). They get frustrated with me when I come in for that kind of problem /: will this affect my teeth within 5 days? I dunno what to do!
Thanks(:

Hi, I want to start flipping houses preferably in the Atlanta area. I have done some research and always been interested. I got my real estate license about 2 years ago so I could save a little on the realtor fees. I don’t mind traveling to do a flip of I could find a contractor but I really want to do this and would like some advice from someone with experience. Thank you all!

I’m 19 years old, going to college full time on a full tuition scholarship with two majors and one minor, I have 2 jobs. I’m extremely responsible, I never get drunk or party hard core or anything. I hang out with my friends all the time and with my boyfriend when he’s off from work. I still live at home with my parents and my mom still has me on a 10 o clock curfew. I’ve tried talking to her about it but she’s completely unreasonable. I recently bought a car with money I saved up on my own and she was furious that I didn’t consult it with her first. I love her to death but I just don’t know what to do. I’ve never done anything for her not to trust me, yet she treats me like I’m 13. I never ask her for money for anything, I pay for everything myself. I am grateful that I don’t have to pay rent or bills other than my credit card and my phone bill, but I just don’t know what to do anymore. I can’t move out yet since I just bought a car and don’t have anymore money saved up, I’m lost. Any advice?

The example of the Estate Tax comes to mind,
This issue is just fodder for the Obama camp. We need to let them win a few battles to keep them in line.
My Dad says that only an idiot pays the Estate Tax anyway so we should toss the working class a few bones to make them feel better.
I just don’t want to see people like Ryan push things too far and cause a backlash from Democrats.
We already have the lowest tax rates in years and the tax code is so full of holes that only the Muppets pay any real taxes already.
I’m just saying that we don’t need a loose cannon like Ryan screwing things up for us.

Posted on 12 May 2012. Tags: About, Hawaii, Legal, Question, Responsibility, Vehicle
Ok I have a question. As far as I know in the state of Hawaii the registered Owner of a car is responsible for it being AVed no matter what the circumstances. But what about in the event someone AVs your car.
I know this much, bout 10 years ago I had a car Stolen and I never found out till I have a racked up a lot of fines for AV, Abandin Vehicle, I call the courts and find out someone stole my car, I it had been to long to report and I was responsible for all the fines, I end up having to pay them.
Ok so the other day My car breaks down, who I thought was a friend of mine tells me I can have her clunker car if I rescue it from being towd. Now she is out of state. I get up to this place and the owner of the property tells me she will have it towed to the dump the next day. Well my supposed Friend has a LOT of her personal Itims in this car so she was very lucky I saved it. In ordr for me to save it I had to buy 2 tires for the front and then just barily made it home.
I got it home to my house and under I saw the ball joints, GONE, the tie rods, GONE, tie rod ends, GONE!! Passanger Wheel Bolted on with ONE Stud the rest are GONE.
About 4 days later she arrives to Hawaii, all the suddon she needs me to pick her up from the airport, I tell her “OMG Please we will die its nuts!!!”
She insists that she has no money and no way to get to any place to stay, so I go get her. SHe drives me back to my home and then takes off with the car, telling me she will buy a new one the next day, then shell give the car back. I really recemend she NOT drive it especially with her 2 year old..
Well I do not see her for a week when she wants me to store the car for the weekend while she goes to another island to party. I figure “Ok I could use some transpo, Well when I see it, Mind you it has been a week since I put new tires on front. Now BOTH are bald with the METAL Sticking out!!!!!
still ONE STUD on the passanger Wheel.. Oh my frikken Gawd womans gunna murder someone!!!
So like Heck if Im gunna drive it anywhere.. So I leave it in my driveway. Our deal was she woudl be in the other island from Thursday to MONDAY. So My attitude is, thanks for destroying all my time and my tires, come get your car MONDAY..
Well She killed the battery also so I tried to push start it down a hill and it did not start. So I hae to park it monday on the side of a road.
I call her earging her again to come get her car or get me a title and ill fix it again. Well I guess the following day she sneaks up to the car to get all her personals out of it and the man whoms home it was in front of went off on her. She promises this man
“Oh, No I promise not to AV it I have given it to the people down the street and I am giving them the title and they will get it tomorrow”
Funny she said that because she took all the tools we had purchased to fix it with her leaving us only the car.
Well at this point we feel used and want nothing more to do with this thing so we told her that we will not touch it till we see the title in our hand.
Well somehow it got moved and seats taken out of it, all tires flat. The typical rundown for an AV in Hawaii.
Chich calls the police on me and believes because “I borrowed it, I am responsible for all this damage” and says she is going to take me to court.
Now from what I know she is responsible because I did NOT have to get that car till I had a title in my hand, regardless of it I had “Borrowed it prior” Before it was damaged she agreed to get me the title and have me take it. Did not happen , I did not take the car and it got AV ate the heck up
So what you all think am I responsible? Any people know Hawaii law? Any DMV Workers out there? Anyone who knows Maui county Vehicle Law? Insurance claims adjusters?
Anyone know any Spacific laws with reference numbers?

Posted on 10 May 2012. Tags: About, Mortgage, Should, Situation, Underwater, What
I have an 80/20 loan on my upside-down mortgage. My first loan is adjustable and has already adjusted once (to the good) but my second mortgage is a balloon note due next year. I fully expected to be able to refinance before now, when I purchased the house in 2006. How can I combine the two mortgages if the house appraises for less that I need? I do not have a Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae loan, so most government assistance is not available. I feel like we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Also, we are not behind on any of our payments and have never been late on a payment. Thanks for any advice!

we went to a short sale because my husband lost his job, the tenants were evicted for no payments
and I fail to pay the home rental insurance. We were doing so bad that even couldn’t sell it, so we had to keep the house and I need insurance for it now but I had been rejected by the insurance companies what can I do?
Where can I find an insurance for that house?

Hey everyone, i’m about to travel to Malaysia soon and I want to buy some clothes /stuff from there.I’ve already checked out the price of some of my favorite stuff on the websites,
but here’s the question :
if i want to buy something, where i can get them in Malaysia? I checked designer’s stores such as gucci, marc jacobs, zara, and etc in Malaysia by the websites, but do these stores have THE SAME QUALITY as on the website? I mean eg if i wanna buy a handbag from marc jacobs, is the quality and colors and everything the same with the bags in US or Italy? (or they are just some outlets or sale items?)
and the other question is , are the prices in Malaysia registered brand stores, any different from the websites or the US? I mean if a shoe is 200$ will it be more expensive in Malaysia? for example 300$? how much are the taxes?
ps: I can’t do the online shopping either and i must buy them from a store, becuz in my home country it’s not possible to buy from foreign website’s and also there are no registered designer stores here.
I WOULD BE SO THANKFUL, IF YOU CAN HELP ME and share some info with me.
