First time investor here. Can I work with 2 investors? A couple of weeks ago my fellow investor
send me a note if I can find him a property for his client. His client need 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. Then I browse and find a nice property that would fit his client criteria. So I go to this
seller, but the seller happened to be an investor as well. So she tells me about more the
information and she ask me (Am I familiar about SHORT SALE) I said yes.. Kind of… And now the
seller that is also an investor wanted me to sign a contract. So I’m going to her a office to sign a contract this THURSDAY.
I’m a first time INVESTOR so I don’t have an attorney to work for me yet, but i already have a
couple of list of ATTORNEY in my area that I can probably talk to if i need them to this kind of
process. Now I’m already sending all the information to my buyer which is also an Investor. Now my
buyer is not really responsible for this bcause he’s also an investor. He’s going to send my property information to his buyer. And I don’t know how it works.
I’m actually 19 years old. I know some of you wll say give up, but I just need to keep on because i need to buy a ticket to flight back to the Philippines because I haven’t seen my GRANDPA for almost 9 years now. This is a job that’s been posted in many job sites in Ontario. The problem is that it is virtually impossible to ever make the $18/hr. The job is presented as a “Water Purification Technician” or “Water Quality Advisor”. What it comes down to is you aren’t applying for a Technician job at all but it is a sales job which means the job ads are misleading. You would have to sell a large amount of units that are worth thousands of dollars. In one website I read that Perfectly Pure Solutions sell their units for $6500 and commision for the sales rep is $125. Not much money for that expensive a unit and good luck selling that many. There is also a you tube link for which I will post that tells of sales reps committing fraud to unsuspecting clients with a water purifying company.Who’s to say that all these companies haven’t changed their name and move around. Perfectly Pure Solutions in St. Catharines, Ontario has been advertising for these jobs in our area. My husband lost his job of over 24 years and he almost fell victim to this. Upon doing research, he called and declined the job for which when he applied, they called within 4 hours. Perfectly Pure Solutions is advertising in a reputable job search site and I find this very unfair due to our area being hit hard by job loss and people trying to find work, fall for this type of job post. The email used in all ads from October to April was ppslisa@gmail.com. I wrote to this individual with the you tube video and some other information for which I found where people had posted in forums on how they were mislead by the St. Catharines company. Since writing to this person, the job was once again posted today and the email was changed to eaglelisak@gmail.com. I now want to warn people of two things. 1.) watch the you tube video and don’t allow anyone to try to come to your home and sell you a water purification system unless you have chosen to have someone come to install something. 2) beware of any job that requires no experience with high hourly rates of pay and are affiliated with water purification systems. I’m a good looking guy, I work and I’m saving up for a downpayment on a mortgage, basically I have my life on track im at the age of 21 and have had my fair share of relationships to this date, however for some reason I always get attached too easily, I have absolutely no self control when it comes to this aspect of my life and as a man, i think this is wrong, but no matter what I do I can’t seem to change anything. I’ve been hurt a lot in the past because of this and now whenever I get into a relationship I just can’t seem to trust anyone, I want to… I really do, infact I really think about what the person I’m going out with does and looking back at my current relationship to see if she has done anything wrong for me to doubt her. But she’s done nothing wrong and still for some reason I still can’t bring my self to trust her, and I know it’s a me problem. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do, would seeing a counciller/psychologist on a subject such as this? Because I know one thing, that it’s only going to mess up this relationship that I have aswell, and that’s the last thing that I want :\

Here’s the deal:
Our cumulative credit scores are around 800
We have absolutely no debt with the exception of our current mortgage (which is and always has been current). We own our cars and pay off credit cards each month.
My husband took a 2 year sabbatical to be home with our young children as his past jobs were extremely travel intensive….he flew in for one of the births and barely made it!
We have more than enough liquid cash to buy this new home outright, but would prefer to get a home loan as the rates are low and we’d like our money to keep making more money for us.
We have never defaulted on anything, no history of bankruptsy, short sale, or foreclosure.
We have a contract to rent our current house for more than the mortgage cost.

So, I’m in my mid-20s, still living at home, still going to school, planning to be there for another 2.5 years minimum to become a teacher. People say that I’m patient and good-natured and would suit teaching very well but I think I’m pretty selfish and wouldn’t suit it. I don’t like children and I would rather achieve something myself than help others. I really want to achieve personal fulfillment by finishing this book I’m writing but it’s a real struggle because I’m kind of lazy to work on it. I also feel like I’m not able to become an independent adult because I would have to conflict with my parents and I finally have a really good relationship with them that took a really long time to get to and I don’t want to ruin it. I’m also not interested in adult things like careers or sex or children or property ownership. I like being alone and I don’t think it would be bad to be a 50-year old virgin if I live that long, just living my own way, quietly doing creative things away from other people. Last year though, I met someone who’s become really special to me. Lately they’ve been asking about my sexuality and I’m wondering if it would be possible to ever have a life together. They want kids and an attractive partner (I’m overweight and ugly) and to mortgage some property and travel the world and they like drugs and sex and alcohol and other stuff that I’m not interested in. But the thought of becoming distanced from this person when they have kids is just so heartbreaking now that I know what it’s like to have them in my life. I see everyone struggling to make a living so that they can have independence and romance and their own children. Am I going to start fighting my parents again so that I can go out and struggle when those things don’t matter to me at all? And even if I sacrificed everything to be what this person wanted, there’s no guarantee that they would even want me since our lifestyles and goals don’t match and also like I said I’m not as attractive as they would like although they have said they love me and think I’m beautiful.
