Hi there! So I recently started an anime club at my high school, but we’ve been having trouble being recognized by the school as an official club. We were approved by the actual school and they let us hold our meetings and everything, recently we had a bake sale and were hoping to use the money we earned for club shirts.
BUT here’s where my problem starts, first after our bake sale we were told we had to open up a banking account with the school, so we handed over our money to our teacher in hopes that he would do this for us. Now we’re finding out that the school board is starting up a rule that in order to have a club/team you must be approved by the school board also.
Now here’s where you guys come in hopefully, do you have any ideas of what or how we should present to the school board in a way so that they approve us and we can make our school our home? Thank You!!

My husband and I are planning to move this summer, and we’re not sure what we should do with our three pets when we move! Our real estate agent suggested we finalize the sale of our house before we purchase another, so we can purchase without contingencies, but if we can’t rent our house back that may mean we will be homeless for a while.
We have a dog (a Border Collie, 35 lbs) and two cats that we would need to find a situation for as we go through this process. The family that usually watches the animals when we travel for longer periods of time is moving at the exact same time, so that’s not an option for us, and we don’t have family close enough to help us with this.
I would feel like a bad “mommy” sticking them in a kennel for weeks at a time. What are some other options available for us? We’d like to make this as stress-free as possible for all of us, furry ones included.

My fiance and I moved to be with his family in a different state because his mom SAID she was sick with cancer (still not sure if it really was). I left after six weeks to go home, finish school and get my life back in order since we kind of just up and left suddenly with no real plans to stay permanently.
He got a job the day before I left and has been out there over eight weeks without me when he said he’d be home “right after me” because he couldn’t live without me. He also said the job was worth it because he was going to pay for our wedding deposits. He’s coming home soon and NOTHING for the wedding has been paid for but now he talks about getting a tattoo or buying a gun for hundreds of dollars. I mention our original plan that we literally wrote out on paper (wedding plans) and he just gets mad at me.
He recently told me I need to get used to working 30+ hours a week since I’m a real estate agent and basically telling me to suck it up and work more when I’ve been working two jobs, filming weddings, doing EVERYTHING I can to make a dollar. When I called him out on it he said “All you do is whine and you want drama, you want a fight. All you care about is yourself”.
That hurt SO MUCH. Then later that night he started accusing me of cheating and being insanely crazy and yelling. The next morning I wake up to four texts saying he’s sorry and didn’t mean it. I’m so confused and don’t know where to draw the line between being a forgiving fiance and being the woman who says forget it and moves on…
What do I do?!

Years ago I had a roommate who always stored her coffee in the freezer, so I started drinking coffee recently, but when I read the packaging it said store at room temperature not in the fridge/freezer.
Well, it’s extremely hot where I live (90+ everyday right now and it will be hotter in August 100+), I don’t leave the a/c on while I’m gone all day because my energy bill would be high.
When I get home my apt is very hot, even the carpet is warm.
What should I do? I love coffee. I have been buying the Starbucks coffee beans (ground) which is more expensive than the others and I don’t want it to spoil.

Is it ever wise to refinance a mortgage because you no longer want to do business with that bank?
We have been struggling with making on-time payments due to an income decrease, and filed for help with their Loss Mitigation Dept. last October. Long story short, we were denied and I sought Legal Aid via attorney to help us sort out our issues. – His solution, file bankruptcy on the $2,250, due the mortgage company, to keep us out of foreclosure. Frankly, this was a Free Legal Aid service and I don’t feel the attorney was too interested in working on our messy financials with the mort. comp. (Easier to file a Chapter 13 and adjust our loan?)
Anyhow, we simply “coughed up” the $2,250 to pay our account current (included $409 in late fees) and now my next mortgage statement shows they put $500 in a Suspense Account, did not pay off the late fees, and ADDED $300 more to Other Fees!…WTH?
I got NO resolution with a phone call to the bank, each representative had different information, and I’m so frustrated, after sending every penny they wanted to bring our account current, we owe hundreds more, just 9 days later?!
What do I do now? (I am going to call the attorney back, to let him know what the circumstances are now, and see what he says…but I’m not confident I’ll get the advice I want to hear.)…I feel like the mortgage company is wanting us to fail and I don’t think I want them in control of our home for another 24 years. – I’m just unsure if our credit is good enough to refinancee and don’t want to lose the decent interest rate & monthly payment/s amount we are comfortable with.
We are anxious to get back in good-standing for 7 months now. Have done everything asked/required of us during the LMP, Made 6 timely payments during their decision process, but they returned the last one & wanted ALL the monies due. Gave them those funds. Made May’s payment on time…*sigh*

I haven’t gotten them yet, but I’m planning on buying two female parakeets (with separate cages) that are for sale in my area. I’m 15 yrs old, and I’m going to be leaving the country for about 5 -6 weeks during the summer. I plan on bonding with my birds daily (teaching them tricks, playing, etc.) so considering that my father will be home throughout that duration to change water and food, will they be alright??

my brother applied for a FHA loan to purchase his own home. i had to co sign because he does not make enough income. during the underwriting process the underwriter, put us in suspense because i bought a home last year with FHA financing. the reason for suspense is , i forgot to update my address on my drivers license, and my mortgage statement is being mailed to my previous home office address which i still operate from. they gave a loan committment but the loan officer then told us after to commitment letter was generated, that we have two options, an investment loan or continue with FHA, and they would have to do an internal verification process . what does this mean ? my brother is going to live in the home ,so why are they wanting us to do a investment loan or put us through their so called internal verfication process?what are they going to do or look for now? maybe come to my house, knock on my door and pretend to be tupperware sales people ? i would like them to do that so that i could embarass themselves and i will turn the sprinklers on too .

My mom coaches a teen soccer league team and there is this girl who is OSESSED with my mom. Well before I was really jealous and rather irritated at my mom for giving her so much attention and being willing to drop everything to help this girl. Well today this girl called my mom in tears saying she had a car accident and couldn’t get home so my mom came and got her and I happened to be in the car with my mom. I mean the girl is not retarded or anything but she is definitely not all there. She is beyond desperate for attention. She told me all about a poem she wrote about a snake raping a kid. I had never met this girl in person before… and then my mom took us all for ice-cream and there was this building that was for sale and she like was going to try her car keys in the lock which would set of all the alarms and just be a mess. I kept telling her not to do it and finally my mom had to tell her not to. She just said it would be fun to go to jail. She is so disturbed. I mean if my mom is stopping her from acting crazy and helping this poor girl then so be it. I thought this was a “normal” girl my age and I resented the fact that my mom was giving her so much attention but I honestly think this girl needs my mom to stop her from going off the deep end. All I know about her own parents is that they are very rich but from what my mom says they just can’t help this girl the way she can. I just feel like such an idiot right now cuz last week I had yelled at my mom for not paying enough attention to me and going to have lunch with this girl. Don’t you hate it when you think a situation is one way and get all pissy and then find out there is something else going on and you feel like such an ***??
